EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your Capuccino createur purchases, however, if you change your mind, we will happily issue a store credit to the value of your purchase.

Returns must be requested by email to contact@capuccinocreateur.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers have a right of cancellation, without having to indicate the reasons for such cancellation, within a cooling-off period of 7 clear days from receipt of the products ordered.

Please contact us to request a return or exchange. We are happy to accomodate returns or exchanges so long as:

    1. Products are not to be worn or washed
    2. The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotion
    3. The item is in the original condition in which it shipped
    4. The exchange is initiated and postmarked within 7 days of delivery
    5. Exchanges will be honored so long as the desired item is in stock
    6. Otherwise, customers may select to choose store credit

For hygiene purposes, we will not accept returns for underwear and bathing suits.

TAXES

Orders are shipped from our stock located in St Barths. You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country in order to receive your order.

*We have been notified by customers who are experiencing high customs charges on packages, so please shop wisely before you purchase. Wild Side of St Barth is NOT responsible for any import duties payable. We apologise for any inconvenience. 


SHIPPING

We are happy to offer free DHL Express shipping on all orders over 250€.

All orders are shipped on business days in Saint Barthélemy (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 24-72 hours if the merchandise is in stock.

Capuccino is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any duty or customs charge related to the shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If you are having trouble placing anorder or have questions about international shipments, please contact us.

We can accommodate international orders to nearly all countries. Shipments are handled by Express DHL Service.

Transit times will vary depending on the country of destination.
